The fourth of July is my favorite holiday! I love everything about it. This 4th of July Matt, Brian (my brother), Nicole (Matt's sister), Greg, and I participated in the West Point 5K Run/WALK. Matt took third and won his division. My goal was to finish. BUT I did win a sweet hamock from the raffle. After the 6:30 am run we went to the West Point Parade. Carson made bank on candy and Matt's brothers soaked half of the parade participants with water balloons. Matt played in the 3 on 3 basketball tournament with Wynn and Jared. My dad had an art booth at the park. Then to end the day Brian, Marci, Brinley, Matt, and I went to the Clearfield fire works. It was way fun to hang out with our families and eat parade candy all day!

How fun! Looks like you guys had a great 4th! We used to go to West Point Days every year with their fam..I don't know why we stopped! Hopefully we'll see you two at the BBQ family party tomorrow!
Congrats on the 5K, and of course on winning the hammock! How lucky are you?! And I must say you look beautiful in the morning! I'm sad we missed you guys at the park, but I'm pretty sure we'll eventually make it together one of these days...I hope!
